volevo sapere se avete esperienze in merito di richieste di mnp accettate anche quando la sim è già disattivata.

Dipende dall'operatore.
H3G,per quello che ne so non fa passare le mnp in uscita di sim disattive/sospese.
Voda fa passare forse le sospese (mai provato direttamente) ma non le disattive (questo lo so per certo)
Wind fa passare per certo le sospese ma non saprei per le disattive.
Tim ignoro tutto

per sospese ad esempio Vodafone intende anche quelle in fase di disattivazione a quanto so...cioè nell'11° mese di sola ricezione.

Ok grazie dell'info... :) cmq altre esperienze sono ben accette.

H3G non le fa proprio passare sicuro??
